Goldfields Warehouse – Ballarat

This project involved the construction of a commercial warehouse food processing facility spanning approximately 8,600 sqm for leading Australian primary producer in a new Ballarat commercial precinct. The warehouse comprises of production, freezer, cold storage and ante rooms all fitted with cool room panel ceilings and spanning approximately 8,600 sqm.

FDN designed and installed fire sprinkler protection throughout using K17 dry drop sprinklers in cold storage areas and occupant warning system in all areas of the facility. The installation also included onsite static water storage and fire sprinkler pumps.

The project was completed alongside commercial specialist builder Vaughan Constructions.
