Cowper Residences – Footscray

Cowper is an exciting precinct of Townhouses, Loft Inspired Apartments, and traditional apartments in 3 separate towers that is being developed in vibrant Footscray.

FDN is designing and installing a combined sprinkler and hydrant system with residential sprinkler control valves, sprinklers and hydrants in each of the precinct towers. The system also includes on-site water storage tanks and fire pumps that serve the entire site.

FDN is also designing and installing the dry-fire system which consists of a fire panel, sub-fire panels, smoke detection and occupant warning that covers all levels of the 3 precinct towers.

The project is being completed with experienced builder L.U. Simon Builders.
